Old Windsor Parish Council have had some serious concerns about the procedures and working practises of District Enforcement, who have been contracted by RBWM to enforce litter fines. Residents share our concerns therefore we have written to RBWM stating that we do not want District Enforcement operating on any parish council owned/maintained land. This request has been confirmed from RBWM. OWPC employ two litterpickers that work for us six days a week.
